The 5 steps, in writing
1. Log in
Open clinicalwriterai.ca and log into your account (instant free registration during the launch).
2. Tell your note
Tap the mic ONCE. Say the room number: the label fills itself. Dictate in YOUR words, at your pace ("comma" and "period" for punctuation), then say "close": everything stops cleanly. You can also type, in any language.
3. Choose the format
SOAP, DAR, SBAR or general medicalization — then press "Rewrite Text".
4. REVIEW
The most important step: you are the professional, the tool is only your pen. Verify every element.
5. Copy and sign
The "Copy" button → paste into your official charting software → add patient identifiers THERE only → sign. Your note is also kept in your History, available on all your devices.
